During my college periods, I have been operated portable GPS. For me, it is not only to locate where you are, and also make me easy to travel! Compare to traditional map, it can show more information what you need, such like: altitude, air pressure, the moving speed etc.

Though it is really expensive, but in portable GPS market, it seems monopolized by a company – Garmin, so the consumers have not too much choice to choose. For me practicality is the most important thing than everything, after operated the system, you will find out why Garmin sells best!
